Right to retourn

According to the italian legislation (n. 50/1992 and n. 185/1999), is possible to retourn one or more articles purchased by a web-transaction, maximum within ten days from the date of delivery.

The customer have the right to retourn an article purchased and to be remborsed the entire amount he has payed, exclusing any addictional expansises for packing, transport and delivery costs.

The customer who wants to retourn an article must send a registred letter within ten days from the date of delivery as a proof of receving the article. In this registred letter the customer must send a signed declaration expressing his desire to retour the article and the reasons and specify the details of his bank account to receive back the money.

To receive back the money, the customer must retourn the article in perfect conditions within ten days of receving it, together with the receipt.
